Shipping

You can always upgrade to get signature confirmation.  It’s your duty to pick your shipping method. 

There will be NO EXCEPTIONS. Ownership of packages turned over to USPS transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info PLEASE CHECK YOUR INFORMATION BEFORE BUYING.

Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS. INSURANCE is available to add to any order, pelase add this to any order you can't afford to lose.


WE STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU UPGRADE YOUR SHIPPING To get insurance or Signature confirmation  


PROCESSING TIME IS 1-7 BUSINESS DAYS REGARDLESS OF SHIPPING SERVICE FOR IN STOCK ITEMS, FOR PREORDER ITEMS TIME FRAME IS DIFFERENT, 

••PRE ORDERS••

All orders that are under the PRE- ORDERED category  are and will be always subject to delivery time frame  changes. You must have understanding that this will be shipped when it’s finally produced. This is an order for an item that has not yet been made commercially available. Your purchase guarantees your ownership once this is created and ready to be shipped 
No refunds or cancellations  whatsoever on pre-orders.

  1. WE DO NOT SHIP ON FRIDAYS, SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS.

We ship only when collections are released, everything in store is in limited quantities.When ordering be mindful that this is art, and it will take time to arrive. 




We are responsible for your new purchase until it leaves our location and it’s given to the Post Office. After that, it is out of our control what the post office and mail couriers do. We recommended  that you message us to add insurance to protect your package  against loss or damages during shipping. If you choose not to buy insurance and your purchase is lost or damaged by USPS, we cannot provide a refund. All purchases are shipped by USPS and insured through USPS. 

 

We do not control what the the United States Postal employees do With packages under their control. 


In the case your shipment is lost or damaged in transit:

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO FILE A CLAIM WITH USPS.


 WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES DURING TRANSIT!
 WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPMENTS SENT TO FORWARDING SERVICES OR COMPANIES REGARDLESS OF SHIPPING SERVICE SELECTED, IF YOU PLACE AN ORDER AND YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS A FORWARDING ADDRESS YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CONTACTING YOUR FORWARDING COMPANY OR SERVICE TO LOCATE YOUR SHIPMENT.

WE ARE ALSO NOT RESPONSIBLE TO WEATHER RELATED DAMAGE OR DELAYS. ONCE PACKAGE LEAVES OUR HANDS IT IS COMPLETELY OUT OF OUR CONTROL!



Please make sure your address is correct before placing order we will not be responsible for incorrect addresses. Packages are NOT insured, if you would like to purchase insurance for your package.

Once again we are not responsible for package once it transfers to USPS, it is then their responsibility to deliver and handle concerns for shipping delays or lost packages. You will not be refunded for your purchase from us if the USPS loses the package, unless you purchase the additional insurance. 

If your package is returned you are responsible to contact us with the correct address to be shipped back to and for the re-shipping service. There is a fee for reshipping your package due to you giving us a wrong Adress or missin your delivery date. 

KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR PACKAGE TRACKING PROGRESS , look at Your order information on your Shopify account, or check your email for updates. If it's a big package such as clothing , accessories . It will have a tracking number you can track.  When we ship a package, if you order through our website it automatically sends you and email with tracking. 


Please make sure all addresses are correct, we will not refund for wrong address not or negligence to pick up your package from your mail box, porch or post office .

Please do your part. We are not responsible If your package is stolen from your property.

Please be in Communication with your mailman  about your package that you are expecting, So this doesn't go to a different home by mistake.
